Good place I recommend this place good people Roberto is the best.

Good place and also good team

The best car center in the whole world, the best and most beautiful service, & the more beautiful are the smile of boss kassem

I have to say, Trade Auto Center never fails to impress me or take care of my automotive needs. Zack, especially, always makes time for me whenever I stop by. He is one of the most understanding, honest, and kind mechanics Ive ever encountered. He always works with me and consistently provides accurate diagnostics for any issues with my car.

Since moving to Massachusetts, I havent trusted anyone else with my vehicle. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and personable. Kassem, the manager, is also incredibly understanding and always willing to work with you.

Thank you all for consistently providing outstanding service and for always taking such great care of me. I truly appreciate everything you do!

Brought my red kia carnival minivan there as rear signal light wasnt working. They quickly identified the issue that a cable underneath the bumper was unplugged and solved it on the spot. Was very happy with the service

Great people and even better service. Trade Auto Center is reasonably priced and, most importantly, honest. They get the job done right without pushing unnecessary repairs or 'add-ons.' If you want fair prices and straightforward talk, this is the place to go in Waltham.

I had a very good experience at Trade Auto Center. I went there today for the replacement of my car's brake pads and rotors. The work was done promptly and at a reasonable price. The store owner, Kassem, and Zach were very polite and friendly. They took time to explain the repair costs. I highly recommend this place.

They are honest and professional, and their prices are reasonable. They have been taking care of my car since I moved to the neighborhood 7 years ago. Specifically thanks to Zack

Helped me out with a door issue in less than 30 minutes!! Excellent service, will revisit if I have issues again!

Great mechanics and the owner is very friendly.

They were upfront about the cost of services and quick! They showed me the issues with my car by pointing them out and ensuring I understood what was wrong. What I appreciated the most was them knowing their limits; they were clear about what work they could do and what would be best done at a more specialized shop. Ill be coming back if I need any other work done!

I have been bringing my cars to Trade Center Auto in Waltham for over a year now. I have only positive things to say. I have worked directly with the owner, but also with Zack, who oversees the Waltham location. These guys are knowledgeable, honest, and fair. You will not be taken advantage of and they are affordable too. They are good guys and have been around for a while.

Kassem and team at Trade Auto Center were helpful, responsive, and most importantly they fixed my car up quickly and for a fair price.

Christmas Eve and my battery died when filling up at the Shell station on Lexington and Concord Ave. After spending 20 min with my husband trying to jump it we decided to move to plan B. Trade Auto is just on our way home and we thought we could at least stop by and see if they could help. They were about to close, but two of their very generous mechanics grabbed their jumper and offered to come see if they could start my car up. Since we had nothing to lose and were looking at having to tow it, we were extremely grateful for the offer. And my car started right up with their help! So appreciative for their kindness and willingness to help on Christmas Eve. Thank you!

This is good place and good team

Very helpful & knowledgeable - found and repaired issues with my car quickly and for a fair price

I have to say Kassem and his staff is one of a kind. I went there to do my tires, brakes and oil change. Wow what an amazing job they did, and to top it off the price was amazing. I checked around from Lexington, Woburn, Watertown, and even local shops in Waltham and Trade Auto Shop price was the best. You cant be the the service there. Thank you Kassem and your team for a job well done.

Fitz

The owner is fantastic, honest and looking out with the best intentions for the customer. They are helpful in walking through any issues, as well as calling and giving you ample heads up on additional services needed on your vehicle without trying to upsell. I will continue coming back here, and will tell others to do the same!!

Good service, friendly honest people. Highly recommend!

Friendly and experienced mechanics. They do good work and are very helpful

Hi had my 2005 Camry serviced yesterday I had a broken strut they are very reasonable and completed the job very quickly highly recommended .

I just started bringing my cars to Trade Auto Center in Waltham and have been more than pleased. It's conveniently located right off of Rt. 95 in Waltham. Zack is the mechanic who has helped me, but the other mechanic is also great. Zack is a fantastic guy who has been doing this for years. He's knowledgeable and honest. On a recent visit, he even told me I didn't need to do a job that I thought needed to be done. Highly recommend!

Good honest mechanics here at Trad Waltham. Kassem (the manager) helped diagnose some transmission trouble on my car, and instead of just taking my money to fix it, said that this issue should still be covered under warranty from the manufacturer. Good, honest, decent business people there--he wanted to save me money rather than just take my money. Great customer service. Will do more business with them in the future.

Had a wonderful experience at Trad. Kassem the manager went above and beyond to deliver on time. Its hard to find someone in this business who give honest advice. 100% will be returning.

Kassem is a straight shooter and is knowledgeable. I saw a custom 5 series parked out front which lead me to bring in my Mercedes for an oil change. I am satisfied with the job and would not hesitate to stop by again for service.

Brought my car in due to a failed safety inspection. Received great service and great value for this service. I will definitely bring my car back to this garage.

I needed to replace an engine belt for my car and the team finished the work in an hour with a great price!! I stopped by the shop a day before and asked Kessem for the quote and when he can do. He offered me to bring the car next morning once he spoke with his parts distributor. He is very honest and I will be back for any maintenance in the future!!

Great service and result. We called with an emergency, and Trad was able to take us the next morning, completed by end of day. Fast response, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Repairs all done great!!

Great customer service and quality work. So great to have an auto repair place I can count on!
Highly recommend!

He is very honest. I like working with him

Great experience. I came in with a flat tire and was back on the road within 20 minutes. (No appointment either)

Good Honest service. Both for Uhaul and car oil change.

The people at Trad Auto Repair are honest folks who go the extra mile to diagnose repair and follow up with clients. My dealership told me my Chevy Traverse needed major transmission repair. 4 months earlier they serviced the transmission and charged me $3000.00
When I took the car back to the dealership they told me it was a different problem this time and proposed a $3500 to repair. I brought my car to Watertown and met Ahmed. He drove my car and recommended that we start with the basics and drain the transmission fluid instead of panicking and assuming the worst. He told me the transmission had only 3 quarts of filthy dirty fluid and it requires almost 6 quarts!! This was after paying the dealership $3000.00 to work on my cay for the same symptom!!!! I picked up the car and it drives PERFECTLY!!! I can not say enough about Ahmed!! Not only is he an expert mechanic but just as importantly, he is an honest man with a conscience. I was too busy with work to call him back and he called me to find out how the car was running!!!
This kind of honesty and professionalism is rare in the auto industry! My hat is off to Trad Auto Repair and Ahmed. My family will never go anywhere else for auto repair and service!
Thank you Ahmed!!

New owners great service

The staff are friendly and the waiting area is small yet comfortable. They were able to do an oil change and tire rotation as a walk-in. Fair prices, too. A great low-hassle experience.

This is second time using and i find them Trusting and nice they are better than dealers in that they dont gouge you with needless repairs. They fixed breaks, oil change and other preventative maintenance and charged a reasonable price. Everyone should not be afraid use them . Service was quick and didnt have to wait long. Would go again wonderful place

Third time bringing my other car in Nissan rogue work done was excellent, customer service is perfect. They took good careof me. Better than dealership

Kassem is a knowledgeable and honest mechanic. Every time I bring my car in for repairs he is extremely transparent about what needs to be fixed and explains why it is important. The cost for parts are accurate and the cost for labor is reasonable! He is a pleasant mechanic to work with.

Great experience here! My brakes were shot and making very loud noise. I have a lot going on at the moment and couldn't be without a car so I was in a panic. However, the first person I ran into was Zac and he diagnosed the problems, listened to me, and worked with me on the cost. Job was completed that day. Went to pick it up and met the owner who was just as warm as Zac. I have definitely found my partner for auto issues!

Trad auto center is the best mechanic shop you will ever find. The owner is very honest and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him

I have taken my Maserati to this shop. I am very happy that they fixed it. They have a wonderful customer service. Will always go back . Thank you Kassem

Did an awesome job on finding a problem that others shops didnt find on my ford ranger.

Honor is a great mechanic very honest, nice and affordable. I will recommend you ll to give this place a try before going to your dealership. I am glad that my friend did referred me to that place

My brake light burned out and I tried and failed to change it myself. Walked in here and asked them to do both brake lights, and they did it in ten minutes for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be returning here if I need any more car repairs!

I went there several time for my Mercede Benz tire repair and brake replacement and they did great job. The people there are always very friendly and the cost for the services are usually very reasonable! I would highly recommend my friends and family to go there for the service.

Friendly staff and good service
