They were upfront about the cost of services and quick! They showed me the issues with my car by pointing them out and ensuring I understood what was wrong. What I appreciated the most was them knowing their limits; they were clear about what work they could do and what would be best done at a more specialized shop. Ill be coming back if I need any other work done!

I have been bringing my cars to Trade Center Auto in Waltham for over a year now. I have only positive things to say. I have worked directly with the owner, but also with Zack, who oversees the Waltham location. These guys are knowledgeable, honest, and fair. You will not be taken advantage of and they are affordable too. They are good guys and have been around for a while.

Christmas Eve and my battery died when filling up at the Shell station on Lexington and Concord Ave. After spending 20 min with my husband trying to jump it we decided to move to plan B. Trade Auto is just on our way home and we thought we could at least stop by and see if they could help. They were about to close, but two of their very generous mechanics grabbed their jumper and offered to come see if they could start my car up. Since we had nothing to lose and were looking at having to tow it, we were extremely grateful for the offer. And my car started right up with their help! So appreciative for their kindness and willingness to help on Christmas Eve. Thank you!

Hi had my 2005 Camry serviced yesterday I had a broken strut they are very reasonable and completed the job very quickly highly recommended .

I just started bringing my cars to Trade Auto Center in Waltham and have been more than pleased. It's conveniently located right off of Rt. 95 in Waltham. Zack is the mechanic who has helped me, but the other mechanic is also great. Zack is a fantastic guy who has been doing this for years. He's knowledgeable and honest. On a recent visit, he even told me I didn't need to do a job that I thought needed to be done. Highly recommend!

Good honest mechanics here at Trad Waltham. Kassem (the manager) helped diagnose some transmission trouble on my car, and instead of just taking my money to fix it, said that this issue should still be covered under warranty from the manufacturer. Good, honest, decent business people there--he wanted to save me money rather than just take my money. Great customer service. Will do more business with them in the future.

I needed to replace an engine belt for my car and the team finished the work in an hour with a great price!! I stopped by the shop a day before and asked Kessem for the quote and when he can do. The people at Trad Auto Repair are honest folks who go the extra mile to diagnose repair and follow up with clients. My dealership told me my Chevy Traverse needed major transmission repair. 4 months earlier they serviced the transmission and charged me $3000.00
When I took the car back to the dealership they told me it was a different problem this time and proposed a $3500 to repair. I brought my car to Watertown and met Ahmed. He drove my car and recommended that we start with the basics and drain the transmission fluid instead of panicking and assuming the worst. He told me the transmission had only 3 quarts of filthy dirty fluid and it requires almost 6 quarts!! This was after paying the dealership $3000.00 to work on my cay for the same symptom!!!! I picked up the car and it drives PERFECTLY!!! I can not say enough about Ahmed!! Not only is he an expert mechanic but just as importantly, he is an honest man with a conscience. I was too busy with work to call him back and he called me to find out how the car was running!!!
This kind of honesty and professionalism is rare in the auto industry! My hat is off to Trad Auto Repair and Ahmed. My family will never go anywhere else for auto repair and service!

The staff are friendly and the waiting area is small yet comfortable. They were able to do an oil change and tire rotation as a walk-in. Fair prices, too. A great low-hassle experience.

This is second time using and i find them Trusting and nice they are better than dealers in that they dont gouge you with needless repairs. They fixed breaks, oil change and other preventative maintenance and charged a reasonable price. Everyone should not be afraid use them . Service was quick and didnt have to wait long. Would go again wonderful place

Kassem is a knowledgeable and honest mechanic. Every time I bring my car in for repairs he is extremely transparent about what needs to be fixed and explains why it is important. The cost for parts are accurate and the cost for labor is reasonable! He is a pleasant mechanic to work with.

Great experience here! My brakes were shot and making very loud noise. I have a lot going on at the moment and couldn't be without a car so I was in a panic. However, the first person I ran into was Zac and he diagnosed the problems, listened to me, and worked with me on the cost. Job was completed that day. Went to pick it up and met the owner who was just as warm as Zac. I have definitely found my partner for auto issues!

My brake light burned out and I tried and failed to change it myself. Walked in here and asked them to do both brake lights, and they did it in ten minutes for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be returning here if I need any more car repairs!

I went there several time for my Mercede Benz tire repair and brake replacement and they did great job. The people there are always very friendly and the cost for the services are usually very reasonable! I would highly recommend my friends and family to go there for the service.
